Your information is used solely to process and manage your car rental bookings, verify your identity for rental eligibility, contact you regarding your booking status, and provide customer support.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your personal data and documents are stored securely using Supabase (encrypted at rest and in transit). We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required by law or to process your rental.

4. Document Retention

Uploaded identification documents are retained only while needed to provide rental services and meet legal obligations. When you delete your account, documents and personal data are deleted unless retention is required by applicable law. Any required records are retained only for the legally required period.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@restartmy.com or via WhatsApp at +60 16-996 3438. Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

6. Cookies & Analytics

This app does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. We only store your session token locally on your device to keep you logged in.
